Why did you join the Women Automotive Network? I became a member of the Women in Automotive Network because I strongly believe in the impact of professional communities. This network has provided me with valuable support and clarity through its mentoring program. One, that as women, we must stand up for ourselves.

Why did you join the Women Automotive Network? When I first found the Women Automotive Network, I was and still am really excited. Before joining the network, I knew less than 5 women in automotive and I lacked inspiration. The global EV market is expected to grow by 29% in 2023 according to research.

What advice would you give to women aspiring to leadership positions in the automotive industry? My advice to women aspiring to leadership roles is to stay persistent and true to yourself. Surround yourself with a supportive network, particularly among women in the field, and be open to mentoring others as you grow.
