Dodge on Friday teased the production version of a coupe that will serve as the effective replacement for the Challenger coupe and Charger sedan, showing photos of what it calls a "pre-production model" in a Facebook post. Scheduled for a full reveal later this year, the coupe appears very close to the Dodge Charger Daytona SRT concept first shown.

Suzuki (+7.9%), Daihatsu (+3.3%) Honda (+4.6%), Nissan (+6.9%), Mazda (+10.3%) and Subaru (+5.1%) all trail the market whereas Mitsubishi (+14.5%) is slightly above.

One of Australia’s largest electric-vehicle charging networks – Evie – has increased prices for the second time in six months. Australian electric-car charging network Evie will increase prices by up to 43 per cent next week – the second rise in about six months. The largest hike – in effect from Thursday 18 January 2024 – will be applied to its slowest chargers (22kW), which are planned to increase in price from 35 cents per kilowatt-hour (c/kWh), to 50c/kWh.
