The Mitsubishi Xforce is the best-selling vehicle in Vietnam in July. According to local carmaker association VAMA, the Vietnamese new vehicle market rises 17.1% year-on-year in July to 28,920, tilting the year-to-date tally into negative at +1.1% to 163,804. Transport for London plans to close the ULEZ car scrappage scheme on 7 September. The scheme for the expanded outer London area has now seen more than £186m committed to around 54,000 applicants.
