Toyota (-12.9%) remains the most popular manufacturer in the country at 24.4% share just as the Volkswagen Group (-5.5%) also underperforms slightly at #2.

Hyundai has decided to sweeten the deal on its 2025 Ioniq 5 N. The automaker last week announced an offer for buyers of the high-performance electric compact crossover that lets them choose between a complimentary Level 2 home charger or a $450 charging credit. Nissan has revealed performance figures for the new Ariya Nismo ahead of sales beginning in January 2025. The sportiest version of Nissan’s electric SUV can hit 62 mph (100 kmh) in 5 seconds using a 429 hp, bi-motor drivetrain, compared with 5.1 seconds for an 388 hp Ariya e-40rce.
