The Renault Megane E-Tech breaks its ranking record in Denmark. 16,874 new cars found a buyer in Denmark in March, a -6% year-on-year drop. The Q1 volume comes in at 36,940, down -7.6% over the same period last year. Surprisingly for an end of quarter (traditionally strong for Tesla), Toyota (+79.6%) overtakes the American EV maker (-53.1%) to snap the brands top spot for just 50 sales.

BMW is set to launch the second-generation electric iX3 in 2025. It will be sold alongside the replacement for the gasoline-powered X3, expected to debut later this year. Record deliveries of Suzuki’s fan-favourite 4WD have followed the addition of a five-door variant – but wait times still stretch up to 10 months. The pint-sized Suzuki Jimn y four-wheel drive has broken its monthly sales record as the Japanese car maker shortens its backlog of orders.
