Its website was developed with the customer in mind, with all vehicles clearly photographed and described. They also pass on Health & Safety, Employability Skills and Personal Development opportunities.
Jeff has also been key to establishing the EV and Hybrid Network , a group of certified specialist workshops who are trained to service, diagnose and repair all such vehicles. And weve got to think more about women. Right now only about 3 per cent of light vehicle technicians are women. So we’ll start upskilling him too.
