I attended the 2024 Women In Automotive Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado. What makes Women In Automotive different? But none of these were Women In Automotive. This was my first Women In Automotive conference. So, like eight, maybe 10 brave men and the rest all women. I am rarely impressed these days.
I thought it wasnt that big [of a deal], especially because I was so little, I didnt understand much. But coming up the ranks and experiencing different countries and different perspectives on the industry, I saw more and more women and now the population is crazy. I knew that there was a chance to be accepted.
